Loki is an older gentleman who enjoys the quieter things in life. He is looking for a loving home to rest, relax and enjoy his years!
His favorite pastimes include curling up in a small dog bed (even a cat bed will do), snuggling like he’s a plush toy and trying to hold a tennis ball in his mouth as long as he can! Tennis balls are his prized possessions and he loves to show them off to everyone around him.
Though he loves everyone here at the Adoption Center, Loki misses having a family of his own to dote on (and impress with his tennis ball collection)! Loki loves his people but can be shy and cautious around strangers. However, he warms up as soon as he knows you’re his new friend! He also might be nervous at first in a new home, but he’ll come around so long as there’s a cushy spot for him to curl up and take a catnap in the sun.
Loki would probably do best in a home with children five and up. He needs to meet other dogs one-on-one and would do best with an adopter who understands that he’ll need time to adjust to a new home. Loki is housetrained
